Evelyne Tan

I’m a professional coach certified and accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) as Senior Practitioner (SP).

My Journey

With a dual engineering (ISEP)-business school (ESSEC) background, I have +20 years’ experience in France and Asia in multicultural environments, in a variety of roles (IT, business, team management, then HR). 

Founder and CEO of this firm, founded in 2015, I specialize in supporting Executives of international companies and helping Coaches to address their professional challenges.

The common thread running through my career? My sincere interest in others and helping them to grow, leveraging their strengths to address challenges they face.

I enjoy strong partnerships based on respect, confidentiality and mutual trust

I specialise in empowering individuals to present themselves authentically in both their professional and personal lives.

With over 10 years of People Development practice and 1700+ coaching hours of practice, I’ve had the privilege of working with emerging talents and established leaders worldwide, fostering growth, facilitating team excellence, and guiding individuals towards career advancement and personal fulfillment.

My extensive experience spans across renowned companies and diverse industries, including Google, Schneider Electric, BNP, Mars Inc, BBC Studios, Burberry, METRO, Tesco and the United Nations.

My  philosophy revolves around partnering with clients to pinpoint areas of desired change, gain profound insights, and effect meaningful transformations.
